Ever After Studio is the wedding branch of Bear Pixel Works. Our collections bring photography and film together, with coverage planned around the people, moments and details that matter to you. Team roles are confirmed in your proposal.
The collections below are deliberately kept simple. Travel, albums, extended film cuts, lighting crew — they are all possible, and we would rather talk them through with you than list them here.

Before booking, confirm the coverage end time for 10+ hours, lighting-assistant allocation, album specifications, gallery access period, and whether upgraded photo and film deliverables replace or add to earlier collection deliverables. These details are set out in your proposal.

Six unhurried steps, most of which happen long before the camera comes out. This is where the calm comes from.
The first hello
Tell us about the two of you — a date, a place, a feeling. We can then discuss availability, coverage and next steps.
Coffee together
Twenty minutes, in person or over Zoom. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation to see if we're the right fit. Bring your questions; a finished plan is not required.
Your proposal
A tailored quote sets out the collection, agreed add-ons, travel and delivery timing so you can review the scope before deciding.
Engagement session
Included in Ever After, optional for the others. A gentle rehearsal — you get comfortable in front of the lens before the big day, so the wedding feels familiar, not new.
The day itself
Photography and film coverage follow the agreed timeline and priorities, with room for the unplanned moments that make the day your own.
Keepsake delivery
Sneak-peek, full photo-gallery and film delivery timing are confirmed separately in your proposal. Album details and timing are agreed when an album is included.

What happens if our photographer gets sick on the day?
Ask us to walk through the contingency arrangements for both photography and film before booking. The applicable arrangements and responsibilities belong in your agreement; this page does not promise a particular replacement person.
What is your style — candid, or posed?
Mostly candid, with gentle guidance. We don't ask you to stand awkwardly for the camera; we move you into good light, give you something to do with your hands, and let the real moment find you. Family and bridal-party portraits are the one exception — those we'll direct quickly and clearly, so the line moves.
How does the photo + film duo work?
Photography holds a moment; film adds movement and sound. Your proposal sets out how the duo divides those roles and the coverage priorities. Two people do not mean two dedicated still photographers plus a separate filmmaker.
What equipment do you shoot on?
Our kit includes Sony Alpha full-frame bodies and G-Master lenses. Video capture uses 4K 10-bit, with audio and stabilisation chosen for the scene and finishing on a calibrated display. Delivery formats are confirmed in your proposal.
